I ordered over $100 worth on May 11th..... And no product and can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to!!!!!!

I have been sending messages with NO response. I wanted to try to resolve this before I go to my bank with everything to pursue fraudulent charges!!!!!!!!!!! Because when I click on the message thru Facebook to look at my receipt..... it doesn’t even let me look at my full order anymore.

And when I try to look it up with my order number... it can’t locate it. All I want is a refund since I can’t get in touch with anyone to talk to about this matter. My email address is missredone_03@hotmail.com.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $110.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Never receiving my order, I called and it goes to a old voicemail that has been disconned, Poor customer service, Ripped off.
